I repeat, this is a GREAT deal for Haye if it's true. It means he's guaranteed a fight against the champion or #1 contender as long as he shows up. All Haye has to do is fake another back injury to leave Wlad without a "credible" opponent.

If so it's a ****ing disgrace to boxing. Wlad is coward who can't fight without his brother saving his ass.

    FIGHT YOUR OWN BATTLES COWARD!!!

Gentlemen and homos, I give you the mature voice of reason taking the high road...but only when he's cornered by a better trash talker. Now he's back to this weak ass **** as soon as I let him off the ropes.

    Worst troll over.

This is the ultimate f*cking head game

Wlad will be walking around with limps, putting out rumours here there and everywhere that he is injured.

It could end up doing Hayes head in

How is it hating to point out another crap Klitschko contract? Who has Haye got down as his tag partner should he be unfit to fight?

Now that would make it fair.:good

    Lennox Lewis maybe?

Nah, he's old and way past it. Lewis might not be able to KO Vitali till the 9th round if he fought him now.

Come on, the only reason this stipulation is in the contract (and has been announced publicly) is to cover K2's back legally.

It looks awful to cancel a contract with a fighter citing an injury, and then on the very same same day sign a contract for a fight 8 weeks later with a different fighter for much more money - the whole point of contract law is to prevent this kind of thing.

K2 have publicly stated that Wlad maybe too injured to fight, so VitalI may step in. This is obviously in case Frank Warren was to make big deal of the Chisora cancellation, and just makes it harder to prove that Wlad wasn't really injured - it adds further authenticity to the withdrawal.

I doubt we'll hear nothing more of this clause in a few weeks
