If Wlad fought Vitali???

Other way around imo. Wlad is overrated.


Wlad fights in straight lines, cant fight very effectively going backward, infact he has poor footwork when backed up, and his whole arsenal consistents of a jab right hand, or a hook off the jab. What Wlad does would only work for so long, then it would come down to who is the man in the ring. Wlad is good at what he does, but he's one dimensional, only he has flaws to!!, like questionable heart, chin, stamina, mental fortitude.


VK has bigger balls, better chin, more mental strength, better stamina, and! he has power.

Jermain Taylor had every conceivable skill advantage over Froch, but Froch has more dog in him, and the ability to exploit his stamina by making him fight, which Hopkins due to his age, couldn't, or wouldn't do.

 

It would have been the worst beating Wlad have ever took. OF course we talk abour prime Vitali.


Vitali in his prime was a complete fighter. Wlad isnt.

I feel the same way. In fact, I dont even see VK giving his little brother time to establish the jab.

WK never fought anyone like his older brother before. He gets stopped by VK emphatically. :dead

Thats it. It would be a savage BEATING. Wlad wont be able to hold and lean on Vitali like he does most of his shorter opponents. He also aint bombing Vitali out because Vitali's chin is rock solid.

Wlad will have to take a lot of punishment from Vitali in order to even "survive" this fight. Vitali is way better than any of the fighters who whipped Wlad. Vitali had to avenge Wlad's losses for him!

Brewster is the only one who Wlad rematched, and he only did it cause Brew was coming off a loss after that brutal war with Sergei, plus a career threatening eye surgery, AND a 17 month layoff.

Vitali aint no little Ibraginov, Chagaev, Chambers, Eliseo Castillo, or Byrd. Vitali aint no slow, plodding bum like Austin, Peter, or Thompson either. And he definitely aint no chinless hype job who was still green like Calvin Brock.

Wlad would get destroyed inside 6 rounds.

 

Vitali by monstrous KO. If an unprepared Vitali could give Lewis such a hard time he would murder someone he's been watching his whole life (people have said that he always gets the better of Wlad in sparring for what that's worth). Also as someone else said, Vitali has too much of the 'dog' in him. Going back to the big brother thing, I think Wlad would be terrified of him.

I wonder if the bros will ever do a big exibition match for charity after they're both retired? ... I think people would pay just to see how they would look in the ring together...even in a friendly sparring match.

It would be a good event... with the ring-walks, intros, stare-down and the whole bit.
