    Pulev is the IBF intercontinental champ for some time now but he had to go become a mandatory, so Haye being WBA Inter-Continental more or less does not count when it comes to fighting the winner of the Vladimir-Povetkin

    I thought he was the WBA "international" champ, one step below "inter continental". Could be wrong though with so many WBA belts going around.
