btw, i'm overjoyed to hear wlad talking some serious **** to haye. it's about time he started turning up the heat a little bit. i understand that there really is no reason for him to talk badly about most of the guys he fights, but this is definitely different. man i hope haye signs. i can't wait to see this fight!

I think it's fair that Haye get's his ass whooped for 40% since Wlad is the real champ at heavyweight and fills large football stadiums. So yeah I would blame Haye if he didn't take 40%. To be fair, Haye brings a lot of excitement to the table and is a good dance partner (the only guy people want to see Wlad fight next) but I think Wlad is justified in asking for 60%. It's fair IMO.

 

there was a time when me and my friends would get together and get every PPV heavyweight fight but now we would not even bother going to a bar to watch that shite. Wlad v Haye would be big . . . but it is not due to wlad. haye adds more to the equation and should get atleast 50-50 . . . but to be honest I would probably not watch that fight either because the heavies suck so bad

 

Personally, anything between 50/50 to 65/35 is fair as far as I'm concerned and I would blame Haye for bailing on any of it unless he's able to land a better cut against Vitali (which in theory is impossible because Vitali wouldn't agree to it, then again this is boxing and at this point I'm ready to believe or disbelieve just about anything).
But while Wlad has the better credentials I'm never sure which of the brothers is a better draw...

 

imo the best deal would be:
television money:
- uk 100% haye
- Germany, Eastern Block 100% Klitschko
- USA 60-40 in favor of klitschko
- ticket sales 60- 40 in favor of klitschko

that would be a good and fair deal for both, i think the fight could be worth about 30mil dollar

 

I doubt Haye wants this fight right now. It seems he's quite happy defending his WBA against low risk over-the-hill type guys.

 

Im British, I blame Haye for not accepting around 40% so I voted accordingly, but if Wlad wants crazy options then he can **** off - why is Haye any different to all the other challengers Wlad faces, did Rahman, Chambers, Thompson have to sign their lives away to get the fight??

You're not going to get an honest reply to this on here. For some reason you have a number of yanks becoming Ukraineamericans. Probably because they don't have any decent HW's of their own. It's very pathetic. The fight should be 50-50. If not 60-40 to the winner. If Wlad's that confident he's going to win. Then a 60-40 winner split should be no problem for him.

 

Maybe Haye has already done this. We don't know. Do we?

 

I voted "Haye", but in all honestly, I want whatever terms will make the fight happen. What can I say? I'm a fan of boxing, and I want to see this fight.

It makes no difference to me how many more millions these millionaires make. Conversely I can understand you wanting more money for your boss, because I suppose it could have an affect on your income, but it certainly doesn't affect mine one way or the other.

It's what the fans want, and it's good for boxing.
