If Wlad was 3 or 4 inches shorter, he would be a crap boxer!!!

First of alll... no I dont think he would be. I still think he would be more than enough for the next best at HW (except Vitaly of course).

Secondly, it is a ridiculous premise... it is like saying... if Tyson was 6'8" he would be a crappy fighter! Could Tyson have fought the way h did if he was 6'5" or so? No! Could Tyson have learned and liked a different style? Who knows?

How about Lennox if he was 4 inches shorter?

How about Maciano if he was 4 inches taller? Would he then have been the GOAT?

We don't know and those are all just as ridiculous ideas as Wlad being 4 inches shorter.

Of course Wlad isn't the same fighter without his size, but he has the size, so deal. He also would have fought with a completely different style if he wasn't so tall, so who knows what he'd look like at 6'2". I'd bet money he'd still be better than guys like Ibragimov.

 

And if tyson weighed 120 lbs he wouldn't have been knocking heavyweights out.

If he was 3 to 4 inches he would be a completely different boxer. He'd train completely different, based on speed probably, as he wouldn't have the size and reach advantages that he Has now

Disagree. Wlad has great handspeed, footwork and power. Look at how 6'6" guys Thompson and Austin faired against him. I'm also not sure what the point is. It's like saying if Wladimir Klitshcko wasn't Wladimir Klistchko... how do you think he would be?
