Wlad has good footwork, good handspeed, a great jab, a powerful right cross and can judge the distance between him and his opponent quite well. At 6'2 or 6'3 he'd still be at least a belt holder. And who knows, at 6'2 or 6'3 he could be much faster and agile so it swings both ways.

 

I think he is big and powerful, but limited as f@ck.

Completely silly. First, his other attributes would also change. He is already very fast, great reflexes, with great footwork at his size... that would be multiplied if he was smaller. He would possibly be even better. Hell, in his younger days before Steward, Wlad used to lean way down when he fought. He used to make himself shorter.
