    Honest question. I like Mayweather but hearing Jim Lampley today almost made me want to shoot myself. Mayweather doesn't even knock his opponents down and Lampley was somehow trying to justify that he was more exciting. I almost fell asleep watching the Mayweather-Canelo fight and with the Klitschko fight I at least got to enjoy the knock downs.

    It's not about boring/not boring, it's about watching the best. Klitschko/Mayweather are just too good, and so their fights will never be exciting as unnecessary brawls. I love good technique, so I like watching the best and not watching 2 dudes beating each other up.

    Mayweather is boxing, Mayweather uses skills to avoid almost everything then counter you. He can also lead and boxing in the middle of the ring.


    Floyd will dodge, parry, shoulder roll, high guard and use his gliding footwork to move forward, side to side to avoid punches.

    Wlad will 1-2, hold and put his weight on you, rinse repeat.

    Agreed. It wasn't just the clinching though he hardly threw his right hand and was very minimal with his offense never throwing more than two punches at a time and even that was rare.

    He died.... protecting his daughter from gunfire like the warrior he was.
