And if you are sincere to make the weight to make the fight fair...

Is there any reason why you would not agree to pay $10 million for every pound that you are over the limit?

    Think :think

because just in case your body does not respond well to weight loss, you don't wanna be stuck paying 10 million

Floyd had trouble making 144, not 147...so that's bs that Floyd was gonna come over the limit

Yeah, this whole $10 mill penalty thing is pointless to me. It's normal 147 fight, a weight in which Floyd is his best at, and has never had trouble making it. Floyd would have little reason in coming overweight.

The whole "pacquiao should get random tested Olympic - style for PEDS is pointless" because Floyd Sr. said Pacquiao is on roids without any proof.

If it was pointless they wouldn't have asked for it.:patsch

The same way if it was pointless for pac v cotto to fight at a catchweight, they wouldn't have asked for it.

I hope this aint to hard to grasp.

But initially, the Pac/Cotto catchweight wasn't pointless was it! That's why it was a massive deal in the build up to the fight! :gsg

Cotto was clearly the bigger guy, and Team Pac wanted to level the playing field by asking him to come lower than his natural weight; thus draining him slightly. Now in hindsight, we know Cotto managed to do fine to coming in at the weight, and Pacquiao was surprisingly still a beast.

Whereas this fight, isn't a catchweight like the 144 and 145; therefore Floyd is not gonna be draining himself, and he has no reason to fail making the 147 limit that he's nice and comfortable at making.

Hope that's not hard to grasp
