Canelo won clearly. Cotto looked his age. I was surprised by his defense though

Ironic, sinc you've given no intelligent response to the OP. You are. In fact. Whining.

Look in the mirror and then come back.

Theres no response. Of course there isn't .

Simple facts are that cotto was the champ no matter how you look at it.

There was alot of swing rounds in that fight. And swing RDS go to the champ in my eyes.

That was a close fight, simple. :deal

    Hmmm....
    1) Champs get the benefit of the doubt. How unfair is that?
    2) What do you do when two champs face each other?

    1) unfair? Life is unfair. You got to take the belt from the champion not rob him of it.

    2) if two champs meet its lvl playing field. How hard is that to understand.? Then u start giving even RDS.

Queensbury rules baby. You janks don't understand this ****.

Swing rounds may go to the champ in your eyes, but whenever you hear a judge talk about judging a fight they always say the opposite to this.

Obviously corruption can take place or unconscious bias (this has a bigger advantage for the home fighter rather than who the champion is), but, when being trully objective, all fights are judged on a level playing field.

Regardless of who you thought won this fight, I think this is the most ridiculous argument in boxing. If a judge scores a fight 115-113 for the challenger, should he think "well, that's pretty close, I'm going to take my scorecard back and give it to the champion"?

To beat the champion, you have to win the fight, whether it's by 1 point or 12.

So if all the rounds was close, Cotto should have won 12-0? That doesn't sound right...

That's the only sticking out point iceman.

He was acting like a first class bitcb in the run up so maybe he deserved it?

To win a fight, championship or not, you win one round at a time. Canelo won the majority of the rounds and at times was dominant despite the fact many don't want to hear that. It was a competitive fight that Canelo won.

Disclaimer: Big Cotto fan, but the truth is the truth
