I think he'd fess-up and tell them he is going to lose and doesn't want to get hurt. Maybe the Saudis will be sympathetic?

Get a paper that shows that elevated count. Then show off the paper to reporters and say, for the record: "With a count this high, it's very likely I have Cancer and it's imperative I get a biopsy as soon as possible. There can be no delay. why would he sign up to face usyk if he's not gunna fight him.
if he didn't want to fight him surely he wouldn't have signed the contract in the first place?
its not like a week after signing it he was suddenly told usyk was a great fighter and he was unaware of this, lol.
