If you bet and the fight is a No Decision

  1. What happens? You lose your cash or you get it back since neither man won lost or drew?

No decision is a no contest

Meaning the event never happened. Everyone gets their money back

  4. Super! Cheers guys :good

I just have a feeling the bookie's going to kick up a fuss and try and worm out of it; good job I kept my slip tho! :hey

or.....if its in a parlay, they typically omit that fight and the rest of your parlay goes through, as if you never bet on that fight

You get your money back, its the same as a non-runner in a horse race.

Had the fight been declared a no contest at the outset you would get your money back.

However, if they have already paid out on Toney they won't refund your bet. They won't accept two different outcomes.

A bet is a 'gentlemans's agreement' and the bookie is under no obligation to pay out.

A few years ago a large accumulater was placed in the UK. With one race to go all horses had won. If the final horse came in the punter was due to win £800k. The horse won but there was an immediate enquiry. The horse was then DQ'ed and the bookies paid out on the 2nd placed horse as the winner. An appeal was launched the the horse was re-instated as the winner. However they would not pay out on two winners and the punter lost his bet.

  9. This is correct, cheers mate. :good

I tried and they told me to go jump :!: I've not seen the fight but from the sounds of it Rahman actually pussied out & more to the point was terribly poor performance wise. Seriously, there's people out there living on the streets who'd make more of an effort for food stamps! Rahman doesn't deserve a licence to box, it's not right he walks into a match looks for an exit and and easy payday for 100+k when there's starving people out there :bart

since you didn't won it means you technically loose.

  11. It's all good don't worry, it was just a small bet nothing serious. I thought that maybe if I could get my cash back though i'd try :) - As I said more dissapointed in Rahman then whether I rceived my money back; the guy's a joke. I hope Haye fights him next!!! :smoke
