again you are entitled to an opinion. Not getting hit is footwork. keep your day job you have no eye for talent. The guys you named are some of the most talented in the game.

They naysayers all like the punching bag style of boxing or more affectionately the two drunk wino style standing toe to toe round after round whaling on each other. That is boring to me in fact every round the same thing. No skill or talent required just a knuckle head. No thanks I will pass on that.

As I said originally I prefer boxers than brawlers, 65% of my favorite active fighters and primarily boxers/counter punchers, that **** though isn't boxing.

Also not getting hit it does require good footwork but when you spend over half of every round so far out of range that an opponent can't hit you even if try tried that ain't a skill that's running. Lol at having no eye for talent because I disagree, look man even though I occasionally have some controversial boxing opinions, I understand a lot of the subtle nuance's that go into the game, but being real Cuban fighters are ****ing boring, an I mean that on a catastrophic, garbage level of terrible.

I never call guys runner but them guys are runners can't even defend it, **** man look at Lara even guys who thought he beat Canelo said he was running from him at points during that fights.

Anyway take no offense just not my cup of tea by any stretch.

if rigo fought in a pit full of snakes, it would probably still be boring. it has nothing to do with how good he is. the spurs have been the same top team for 15 years and for 12 of those years they were considered boring, do you think that was because nobody understood how good they were?
i can appreciate how good rigo is, that doesnt mean i want to pay to watch him work, because he BORES me. you can understand how good an athlete is, and still find him boring, and if you cant understand how that is possible, then you are just a dumbass.

I will make a Rigo thread every day until he gets the fights he deserves. I will be ashamed if I have to tell my kids about the best fighter we never saw, he should go down as a boxing legend.

I appreciate him Rigondeaux. His last fight finally put me to sleep after staying awake for 21+hours.

Great fighters don't need smoke and mirrors for people to see their talents. Rigo lacks punch, can't fight aggressively, and doesn't have a great chin.

I would love to see him against any top level fighter. I don't mind a slow but boring clinic if the opponent being fought is top quality. Like I wouldn't want to watch Agbeko for instance, the opposition just wasn't there. I loved his work against Donaire though.

Why can't the opponent ever get into range and rigo can? Good footwork.

Please stop talking about things you don't have a clue about.

Each to their own. Catastrophic, garbage level of terrible is a bit harsh seeing as he is probably the best in his division.

If you can't appreciate what Rigo brings to the table then you are not a boxing fan, you're more likely a brawling/street fight fan.
