It's not extra oxygen that is the benefit from altitude training, it is an increase in the concentration of red blood cells and hemoglobin - the effect lasts about one or two weeks.

Mayweather should be better in the corner than judahs dad. I guess there wont be any 'Zab, hit him with the zap, zip, booom , wham whammy, duck uppercut choke pit pat....' Clearly a more focused Zab this time around if his dad STFU.

Haha yeah you're right, my bad. So it still might be beneficial if he stays up there untill about one week and a half before the fight..:think
But the last weeks are mostly sparring, so if it would really help..?

I wonder if Mayweather Sr and Judah's father can co-exist as trainers. We all know Mayweather is a superior trainer to Judah, but does Judah know that and is Judah willing to allow Mayweather to do most of the training. If he cares about his son's future, he should be man enough to know what is best for him. But will his pride get in the way???

Yes, it would be good to just have Judah Sr. supplementing the training one on one with Mayweather Sr. after or before sessions. He obviously would know his son very well, but should keep to a secondary role, letting Mayweather Sr. be the boss in the gym.

    Edit: Awesome Avatar.

I imagine it would have some benefit, even sparring is a pretty good workout (or at least it is for me!).

It's certainly a step up from his dad. For what I've seen, Zab's corner has been terrible and indecipherable.
