If you consider Helenius TKO4 Kownacki a massive upset... don't.

Even shot to **** he'd easily beat Dave Allen who massively over estimates both his ability and how funny he is.

Hope Kownacki remembers one doesn't just leave the bomb squad, he signed a contract with Haymon, better honour his side of the deal, 90% cut! lol.

Guarantees? Really? What a load of old pish.

His high output means nothing when you take into consideration the punches themselves. Kownacki is slow as molasses, has very little form, skill, technique or deception when he throws and on top of that he has absolutely zero head movement. He is laughably easy to hit, and this high volume of his that you put on pedestal only exacerbates it. You say he throws 70 punches every round, I say he leaves himself wide open to 70 counters every round. He gets bodied by any of the real contenders. Parker, Whyte, Ortiz, Ruiz, Povetkin, Pulev and Hunter all ice him, and I would confidently back a handful of fringe contenders and prospects (Takam, Chisora, Dubois, Joyce, Hrgovic, Rivas, Breazeale) to beat him too.

At absolute best he's in the very lower reaches of the top 20. At worst he's a top 50 can hyped up by PBC so they could eventually use him to pad Wilder's record. Not a contender.

Kownacki and Helenius are good boxers, but they are not in the top class. The same goes for Martin and Washington. This was a match that could have gone on both sides, had it gone into the deep waters, Kownacki would have won. He slightly underestimated Helenius who hits hard, especially in the first rounds.

There's a reason I picked Szpilka and Martin to beat him, a reason why I contemplated picking Arreola to beat him and a reason why I put 2000 in vCash on Helenius.:sisi1 In other words, I'm not shocked in the least.

If Kownacki had tightened up and taken his time and not tried to blow out Helenius with volume punching he would likely have won a decision or late stoppage. You can't disrespect a big puncher like Helenius and expect not to eat punches. Kownacki believed his own hype and wanted to put on a hometown show and forgot the fact his opponent was dangerous. Stupid.

Must be that way because y'know, Murica! Pull your head out of your ass and you'll see that this is at the very debatable. Chisora did far better in making the rounds of his title challenge against Vitali competitive unlike Chris and H2H I don't think either should be a big favourite over the other in a match up.

Vitali tore his shoulder and was 40. Arreola only lost to top 5 guys/champs in his prime. Virali was the only guy who outclassed him. He destroyed everyone else.

Chisora was David Haye’s stepping stone in his prime.

Feeling good coz I never hyped Kownacki in the slightest. In fact, I suspected he was on PEDs back when Miller popped dirty, I'd be surprised if I was wrong.

Haye - a lightning handed two handed puncher - would of probably made short work of Chris too at that point. He faced and lost handily to Stiverne twice in his prime. That doesn't show me he's the fighter you're talking about. The Chisora who beat the feared at the time Helenius would be all he could handle for sure.
