just a topic which I thought would be fun to create and see what people’s opinions are and how they wouldn’t match their fighter.
The 1st fighter I’m going to do it with would be Efe Ajagba and how I would manage his career to the top.
Match 1 Ajagba vs joey dawejko 9/19
a fight in which Ajagba fights his first live opponent and someone who’s there to win. But ultimately Ajagba should be able to overcome him in quicker fashion than Charles Martin

Match 2 Ajagba vs kamil sokolowski 11/19
More of a awkward fight for Ajagba in which he has to deal with someone different. Sokolowski would provide Ajagba with more of a challenge and make Ajagba have to work on dealing with someone who’s slick and able to fight. But ultimately Ajagba would be able to overcome this challenge.

Match 3 Ajagba vs Kevin Johnson 2/20
A step up in level and facing someone who has faced a lot of the top fighters in the world and made it hard to be knocked out. Someone who should make Ajagba show a lot of patience and have to set punches up in order to penetrate Johnson’s defence. Ajagba would learn a lot about himself and be able to gain some vital experience to help improve himself. But Ajagba would get the win in the end convincingly.

Match 4 Ajagba vs Nathan Gorman 5/20
A match in which prospects go up against each other with a lot on the line. Gorman is a technically sound fighter with good fundamentals and a good ring iq but ultimately Ajagba would be able to control the fight and use this fight to increase his exposure in the UK and make himself known as a top prospect.

Match 5 Ajagba vs Dave Allen 9/20
Another fight in which Ajagba hasn’t to deal with someone who has a rock solid chin and is willing to take shots or land his own shots. Ajagba would have to show caution whilst getting into range to land his shots and mix up his game utilising the body shots More to break Allen Down and get the win and would make him known to the UK public afterwards and start to gain recognition.

Match 6 Ajagba vs Eric molina 12/20
This is a match in which Ajagba would be stepping up and fighter a slightly higher quality of fighters but someone who’s not quite got the overall skill and power to trouble Ajagba but gives him a well known fighter on his resume. Ajagba would be fine tuning his skill set whilst getting a highlight ko in order to introduce himself to the American public.

Match 7 Ajagba vs Carlos Takam 4/21
Another step up for Ajagba and takam someone who can give him problems physically and rough him and really do whatever it takes to get the win. Ajagba would have to use his boxing skills to get the win and if the chance comes to try getting the ko but ultimately would make Ajagba box smartly and well.

Match 8 Ajagba vs Michael Hunter 8/21
Ajagbas most difficult opponent yet with hunter providing a tough challenge and using his skill and speed to trouble Ajagba in a way he hasn’t been trouble and would require Ajagba to dig deep but come out on top in a close fight, possibly a late from behind ko. This would boost Ajagba reputation in the division and have him on peoples list to fight the top 3 of Fury, Wilder or AJ

Match 9 Ajagba vs Joseph Parker 11/21
Yet another step up for him with Parker posing an all round threat, Ajagba would have Deal with someone who’s tough, got speed and good boxing skill. Ajagba would have to use his improved boxing skills and experience to overcome some tough moments and deal with some big shots to get the win and make himself a viable contender for a Title shot and put himself in the top 6/7 in the division.

Match 10 Ajagba vs Filip Hrgovic 3/22
This would be a title eliminator for Wilders WBC title and by this point both of these would have carved out a good resume and made themselves major threats for the title. Would be a 50/50 with Hrgovic possibly having the skill advantage but Ajagba having that lethal power which can win him a fight at any moment. Would be a great fight with both having their moments but then Ajagba lands a huge shot to get a highlight reel ko and cement himself as the number 1 contender to wilders title

Match 11 Ajagba vs Deontay Wilder 8/22
The fight that Ajagba has been waiting for. 2 ko artists going at it. Ajagba on the rise and Wilder slowly on the decline with Wilder looking more vulnerable than ever. A fight in which Ajagba is controlling and then gets dropped heavy by a wilder fight hand and shows lots of heart and will to stay in the fight and then turns the tide and has wilder hurt and then knocked out late into the fight to become WBC world champion. A fight in which makes Ajagba a boxing superstar in the UK and also America creating the need for Ajagba and AJ to unify.

Match 12 Ajagba vs Anthony Joshua 1/23
The match in which there will be a undisputed champion. Both having lots of power and having developed the skill sets with Ajagba the young champion vs the experienced Joshua. It would be a fight in which the momentum constantly swings and both are able to control parts of the fight with Ajagba able to use his youth and energy to edge the fight in a close decision to become the undisputed HW champion of the world.

Match 13 Ajagba vs Tyson Fury 6/23
This is the match in which Ajagba could be able to cement himself as the best in the division. The power and youth of Ajagba vs the skill and slickness of Tyson Fury. This would be the fight in which Ajagba uses his complete package as a fighter and show all his development as a fighter. Tyson fury is a older fighter and someone who is now starting to look like he is on the decline but someone who is still recognised one of the best in the world. Ajagba would show that he is the best in the world by catching Fury with a huge shot whilst fury is showboating and land a KD. Fury would the wise up and step up and start taking control and take a lead heading into the second half on the fight with Ajagba having to find it within him to overcome the reach and awkwardness of fury and land a big combination of punches in order to get the win via ko and as a result finally rest doubt as to who the best in the world is.
This is where I end this one. This isn’t how I would manage him towards the top and I had fun doing this. Would love to see others try this

I admit it isn’t the easiest to read and that, I’ll try spacing it out

Great thread idea, I'll add to it over time. But I need to gather my thoughts first.

I would manage David Price's career. These are the fights I would line up for him.

Fight 1: Deontay Wilder, September 2019
This battle of Olympic bronze medallists would be a great opportunity for Price to win a world title. Both are huge punchers with vulnerabilities, so it would be a matter of who lands first, and I would favour Price with his greater skills and ring intelligence. Both are highly entertaining so it would be a big success at the box office.

Fight 2: Anthony Joshua, December 2019
This undisputed fight at Wembley would be the biggest fight in British boxing history. Price has already knocked out Joshua, albeit in sparring, so he would go in full of confidence that he can repeat the feat in a professional fight.

Fight 3: Tyson Fury, March 2020
Fury's lineal title would be the final piece of the jigsaw, and would establish Price as one of the greatest to ever do it. This would be a heated grudge match between two old rivals with a long history. Fury's style would no doubt pose problems for Price, but I expect Price to wear Fury down, corner him, and shatter his vulnerable chin.

    Fight 4, 5, 6, ...: Deontay Wilder
The rest of Price's career would consist of rematches with Deontay Wilder until one of them decides to retire.

Deontay Wildebeest. Under me he'd be fighting Joshua whether he wanted to or not
