Me three, as you say things wouldnt have played out in the same way though.... I would also have loved Liston to beat the count and pick his bad ass up off the floor in their second fight to see him take a real whuppin....again
I would have loved Ruiz to have gotten up and conitued after outboxing Tua for the 1st 10 secs of the fight
Few I can think of. For Bowe to not have ducked Lewis For Tyson not to have ducked Lewis in 96 For Roy Jones to have stayed at heavyweight For Wlad to have fought Lewis instead of Sanders For Jones to have fought Tyson while at heavyweight For Tzyu to have fought Floyd instead of Hatton For Oscar to have gotten the nod over Trinidad For Ike not to have commited the crimes he did and have eventually fought Lewis and the Klitschkos
not that these would have necessarily been good for boxing, just for my own pleasure: tyson ko1 lewis vargas beats dela bowe not being used up after the holy fights
For me it would be McClellan's brain injury not happening. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGz-unNi1dU
Alexis Arguello swallows his pride, stays the **** away from Pryor, goes after Mamby, and becomes the first fighter in history to win world titles in 4 divisions!
Tyson should have fought Holyfield imediately after Holy beat Dokes ....Then Holy would be 3-0 and it would shut up all the Tyson huggers for good!!!!!!!
yes, moreso than losing to douglas, going to prison cost us fans years of exciting fights. after douglas, his motivation showed in the rudduck fights, tyson would've been an excellent hw (if not his absolute best) for several more years and wouldn't have totally imploded before mid to late 90s and by then we would've had 10 or so years of exciting fights.
I would have Hearns coast in the last few rounds against Leonard in their first fight and grab the win.
