I would not allow them to force Larry Holmes to walk out FIRST to the ring for his fight with Gerry Cooney (true story!)

I would have liked to have seen how Teofilio Stevensons career would have been like in that heavyweight era.

The moment I saw the topic I knew my answer.

If only Holyfield had just a little more left in the tank when he floored Bowe in the rubbermatch. Just a few more hard punches and Cortez would have stopped it.

I would have had Jones Jr retire after defeating Ruiz.

I would change the result of the Floyd Patterson-Jimmy Ellis fight, because those scorecards were B.S..

I would change the holyfield lewis fight to a quick ko for holyfield that way we would never have to watch lewis's boring ass, if evander would have ko'ed him it he would have retired plus no boring lewis = better fights

Change Dalby Shirley's card to 113-112 for Tommy Hearns in the second Leonard fight

    Exactly.

IMO, the best fights to say, 'Yeah, I'd change that' would be the ones in which:

a.) There was a tragic aftermath, such as the ill-fated match between Mancini and Kim, or

b.) There was a scoring atrocity, like any match Dalby Shirley scores.

What you wish for may have been impossible.

Very possible would have been to hang them up after Ruiz.

Or Tarver 1, at the very latest.

    Tszyu v Phillips result.

...a win would have meant a prime Tszyu matchup with De La Hoya ... then probably Mosely as well ... and possibly Mayweather after that.
