Unlike Al bernstien and Jim Grey, Larry has balls and tact...he asks the tough questions without pissing off the fighters!!

    God Bless Larry Merchant!!

Excellent choices. Bernstein and Farhood are the best analysts on TV today. It is a shame that HBO has that unqualified twerp Kellerman on when there are guys like this around!!

Sorry, I'll go with Merchant, Bernstein and Lenox Lewis.

Merchant might have been slipping a little in eloquence of late but in one respect he and Lewis are the same. It isn't HOW they say something, it is WHAT they say. :yep So, just let Bernstein anchor it and it would be a great team.

Quick Edit. You also have to love the sense of history Merchant brings with him.

Bernstein, Merchant and Big George. Imagine the reactions Big George would get out of Bernstein.

Al Bernstien, Larry Merchant and Foreman. If I had a time machine I would also love to include Howard Cosell. I wish we had more boxers commentating as well.

Max has been doing a good job lately. Merchant tells it like it is. Foreman did a good job, got into trouble for telling the truth though. Bobby Czyz was a good one, Sean O'Grady, Gil Clancy was good. Roy Jones has done well at times. Jim Watt.

Merchant; "The whale has been harpooned!" - During Vitali Klitschko Vs. Kirk Johnson fight, MSG.
