I believe Pacquiao's team overlooked Marquez based on the fact that Marquez' shape didn't look good enough against Mayweather as it did against them. If you remember, when photos started circulating, team Pacquiao immediately considered blood testing Marquez.

Both fights are indeed rubbish, can't argue there. People tend to overrate size for unknown reasons to me. Size is only good if you know how to use it. It's like Margarito having size and reach deceived the hell out of people, while Margarito was tall he fought short. Skills are needed to make size work otherwise a smaller opponent with skill would abuse that and make mincemeat out of him.

The only way Alvarez has a chance, not to win but look competitive, is to try and fight dirty. Just hold and hit, push..etc, try to drive Mayweather out of his style and eventually keep landing. Unfortunately, Alvarez doesn't do that and doesn't know how to considering his inexperience. All you will see is Alvarez chasing, missing and getting frustrated. I won't be surprised one-bit if this looked identical to Baldomir vs Mayweather depending if Mayweather decides to fight aggressive a bit like he did against Ortiz to give fans a few moments of cheers before he goes back into picking him apart and exposing his endless flaws.

Bradley vs Pac's outcome doesn't seem too predictable to me as Alvarez vs Mayweather, which is why I pick it over May-Alvarez. While Bradley will most likely lose, at least he would give Pacquiao a decent fight based on his experience and unpredictable fighting style.

Yes I do remember that going around and I thought......now isnt this ironic!

Canelo doesnt stand a chance, its just at least Mayweather has a few disadvantages to over come in the fight before he completely dominates.

I just dont see what Bradley has that will work as an advantage over Pacquiao ok so he is relentless and is a pressure fighter but that wont work with someone who can hit as hard as Pac.

You'll see it will look like we all thought it would and you will be disappointed and another fighter who wasnt ready for the step up will be on the scrap heap.

Bradley should be fighting the Khans of this world and Canelo should be fighting the Cottos and Mayweather should be fighting the Pacquiaos.

Well we know the Mayweather/Pac fight is off for November too due to the inevitability of Pac being out with MULTIPLE cuts caused by headbutts.

I like both fights. I think Pac/Bradley will be a barn burner and give Bradley a chance. If Floyd hasn't lost anything, he should take Canelo to school.

Pacquiao is suposed to be the PPV King. That's at least what some people would have us belive, but Mayweather holds a comfortable lead.

    Pac-Bradley is the better fight.

PBF-Martinez/Khan/Cotto/Kirkland are better fights than Pac-Bradley, however.

people are excited over the prospect of Canelo being so popular in Mexico, cinco de mayo, the pre fight hype that Floyd brings to every 24/7 series.

and Floyd fights only once a year, so if your a Floyd fan, you have no choice, it aint like you can skip a PPV

brilliant strategy from Floyd, he had this planned months ago

yeah boxing would be better off without two guys who have been world champions in a combined 12 weight classes (13 if you count pacquiao's '154' belt) and bring in over 1 million ppv buys each every time they fight :patsch:patsch

    idiot
