if you could only have one piece of equipment

    well if you were only allowed to have one piece of training equipment what would you choose,what can you not possibly live without...gotta go with the floor to ceiling ball:good

    i dont really use much equipment really so i guess heavy bag but even then theres alternatives to everything just about.....except..... this is gunna sound cliche..... knowledge.... guess thats why bomber put laptop??

    i thnk the best way to learn to box is by hitting a heavy bag and not by studying a laptop
