    Why judges give rounds to fighters who blatantly haven’t won that round!!!
    Then remain totally exempt, normally, from any further action.
    Taylor vs Catterall being a more recent example.

    I would love to solve the mystery of The Chin…The Prime Roy Jones Junior Chin that is.
    In his prime, RJJ was put on the deck just once in 50 fights, by Lou del Valle, and Roy got up and beat him easily by UD.
    So did Prime Roy have a weak chin, but just avoided being tapped on it due to his superior speed, rapid reflexes and fantastic feints?

    Or wasPrime RJJ’s chin just fine and dandy?

    We may never know, Salvador Sanchez was a more acclaimed Featherweight Champion in August 1982, he had been involved in more super fights and was headed for more. Politics in sports could be deadly.
