    1. No one is forcing any of you guys to watch this fight. If you're interested, buy and watch it. If not, then don't. Constantly complaining about it ain't gonna do jack. What you guys don't realize is that the reason the lot of you are venting your frustrations is mainly because we all hold him to the highest of standards, deep down we all consider him to be - The Best Ever. If this fight goes through, and that's a big if, it'll be a disappointing one. Let the PPV sink, that's how you guys should get your points across.

All the greats of the past have taken fights like this, it isn't a new thing at all.

    No one is saying otherwise.

But Berto isn't as bad as everyone makes him out to be. There could be some scary moments in said fight if he lands big.

    He can crack!

I like MVC because he mixes trolling with talking sense every few threads he makes, I congratulate you for being less irrational than many of the Pacquiao fanboys.

It is a bad fight, a D-level fight. But it saunters along as almost ''acceptable'' as it's not a Salka level opponent, he beat Lopez which is an alright win but nothing that ought to even be on the radar of Mayweather considering he has 4 other guys available who present much more of a threat than Berto.

We all know why Pacquiao fought Rios and Algieri, who rightly got slated for being his opponents by the majority of boxing fans but we understood why they were chosen. This is an unacceptable opponent because there is no motivation other than ''easy fight'' but in Mayweather's eyes it'll be something different, so people will talk, I have nothing to prove and I don't care how I'm perceived as long as I keep winning and getting the dough. The free tv rumour would've lended more sense to the choice... PPV numbers will be hilariously underwhelming.

Let's step away from Mayweather and Pacquiao and consider other fighters getting soft touches, true not every fighter is on PPV consistently, but it's not a heinous thing to fight a non mandatory/coming off a big win fighter, it's just not admirable for a superstar who is held to massive standards by the fans... his resume isn't going to be ruined by the numbers or by fighting Berto, it'll just be a complete waste of time when he doesn't have long left. He has 4 decent opponents, this is the problem, if we knew he had 3 more fights after this it'd soften the blow.

I don't think this will be his last, that's why it's not so bad. If it was, then ugh.

I think he'll be doing big things in 2016.

It's just baffling people are so ****ed about this. According to Pac fans, Berto is the "BIGGEST" cherry pick in boxing history.

If you guys don't want to watch it, then don't.

Wow!! That's so hard to do. :patsch

Maybe... But we can still discuss it. Nothing we say on a boxing forum matters in the scheme of things. We all post here because we like talking about boxing, the good AND bad.

Yes but spamming the board constantly day after day, 20-30 threads at a time, with the same drivel is boring as **** and boring everyone.

No one is saying to keep silent but it's almost as annoying as the TKO6 ****.

I wonder why those threads are now being consolodated. :think

You should start a thread on what a bad fight MVC! thinks this is.

If people repeating things bothered you so much, what are you doing on ESB? You talk about the same **** 24/7, beating dead horses is one of your main "attributes".

Can you, like, spend some time looking for a job? At least if you're flipping burgers like some of the other Flamos, you'd be contributing to society, albeit on a molecular level.

    :think

    Also, did NOT read.
