If you disagree with the opponent choice in Berto, don't watch it, no one is forcing

part of what bothers me about the fight is that Floyd has so few left in his pro career that I don't want them to be wasted.

I like watching him fight -- I think he's a damn genius in the ring -- and as I think he's the best boxer right now seeing him ply his skill against Berto seems like a big let down/waste of time.

its not the complete hypocrisy of the ********uals that i find annoying, its all the crying and bellyaching they do when someone else does exactly what they themselves devote all their free time to doing. its such a feminine trait.

 

For once I agree with you MVC. The best ever deserves to fight a top class fighter like Berto. We all remember when Berto knocked out Canelo, Prime Pacman, Marquez, Oscar de la Hoya etc etc, this is the fight to determine who is the king of the legend killers........:tired

Deep down most think Sugar Ray Robinson is the TBE.

Robinson also fought soft touches,but he also fought sometimes in every 2weeks.

Floyd fights 1-2 times a year,so i don't consider this acceptable fight.you consider yourself better than Robinson?fight Berto type of opponents 2-3 Times between May Pacquaio fight and september 12.and step it up against elite in this september.then i would have to seriously consider is Floyd on par with Robinson.

Even the hardcore haters probably agree,that then Floyd would have atleast a claim to be on par with Robinson.

 

Just shows that even an epic trollolllo such as mvc can't justify this fight.

MVC! Criticized a Mayweather fight...???

Either his account has been hacked, he forgot to log into his boxing_master account or he is finally seeing the light...!!!

 

Don't worry, I don't think many people will be watching. But I'm sure I'll hear the argument. GGG/Lemieux sells 300k PPV's, while this Mayweather/Berto event should do 500k. However, GGG and Lemieux will be guaranteed far less than the $32M Floyd receives.

I'm sure this won't be his last fight. I don't think he'll want to cap his career with a **** fight like Berto.

 

No one is forcing any one to watch anything, but its still disappointing to watch such a talent fight some one who is no competition.

 

People didin't hold back on manny fighting chris (rightfully so) and floyd needs to hear the backlash.
