If you dont have Ricky Hatton as top 100 ATG, what would have to do to get there?

He's nowhere near the top 100. Nowhere near it.

I'm not going to speculate on the specifics, but "a lot".

I have only recently written a top 100, and Ricky Hatton did not even come into my thinking at all. Shane Mosley, Winky Wright, Juan Manuel Marquez (who I am a HUGE fan of and expect to break into the 100 with a win over Diaz), Kostya Tszyu all missed out on my top 100, so to get in there Ricky would have to do some pretty special things over the next couple of years. A win over Pacquiao would be a HUGE step in the right direction though. Maybe even enough, I don't know. If he could beat Pacquiao then unify/clear up his own division, I think that would be enough to break the top 100, but I don't know, it would depend on performances, circumstances etc.

He's a long way off at the moment.

Dude as I said,Hatton as McGrain and DINAMITA said is NOWHERE NEAR IT.And he has slim to none chances of getting there.

I agree that he has slim to zero chance, as I expect Pacquiao to knock him out and effectively end any chance he ever had.

Mna....how do I have to explain it to you:he won't do it,he most likely losses to all of them,he certainly doesn't destroy them and surely can't go 12 with Margarito

He does not beat Cotto or Margo, no way in hell, I do favor him to beat Pac, but only slightly.

That would do it. But it's almost unthinkable given his difficulties at 147.

Margarito would ****ing brutalize Hatton in 3 or 4 rounds, there can be not the slightest doubt about that, it's a size mismatch and a style mismatch.

I would also strongly favour Cotto to beat Hatton.

The only names out there other than Pac that would give Hatton the prestige he needs to get into a top 100 would be Mayweather, who he has no chance of beating, or JM Marquez, and thats a fight I doubt will happen, that would be tricky for Hatton, and that wouldn't yield the same credit for Hatton as Marquez is small even at lightweight.

Hatton in a top 100 just isn't going to happen IMO.

Ktfo Pac and clean out 140, he would then be something like 50-1 or 51-1. I think that would get him into the high 90's
