Calzaghe was put on ***** street a few times. If he had of fought elite-level fighters in their prime, I believe he could have been stopped. The reason I think this is because his iq was so poor when he got tagged. He was like Khan is now, and would just try and blaze away instead of doing everything to nullify his opponent and run down the clock. He was an accident waiting to happen, but - outside of a couple of forays into Europe - he stayed at home fighting bums.

Outside of two geriatric American legends, he fought Kessler in his backyard and a badly faded Eubank. A more impressive CV would have seen him lose his 0 and probably by stoppage.
