Reymundo Beltran (Nothing like a tough Mexican) See i dont want them to rush Kickett he still needs at least 10 more fights i feel before a title shot.
1. Mohammed Elomar. Heavily overrated & Kickett would stop him early. SugerMoey calls him out, but dont wanna back up his talk.:yep 2. Lenny Zappavigna. Another Aussie, tho much better than Elomar. Another Kickett KO, as we all know Zappa's chin is made of glass. If Ryan Langham could dent it, Kickett will break it in 2.:deal 3. Rogers Mtagwa. Tough, but slow US based journeyman who goes rounds with everyone. Very limited boxer as showed in near shuout loss to Billy Dib. At least he would take Willy 10 rounds, Willy can move around & look great in doing so. Just my opinion quickly without a tonne of research.
I dont want Zappa and Kickett to fight that would mean one of these two would take each other out as future Aussie stars. I can see why they would fight in say 7 fights but not now. I think Kickett will beat Zappa but Zappa might get somewhere like say a IBO title. But for me Kickett is the future star more so than Dib,Zappa etc. If they bring Willie along the right way he could one day Unify a division.
Yeah fair enough mate. Well without doing research, any guy that is tough with limited skills is a fine test for Kickett.
That StClaire kid looked a tough old ****er v khan , i knew it wouldn't end early and this is a decent enough opponent at this stage in Kicketts career . if Willie stops him it will be an impressive result.
A loss doesnt mean they cant both be future aussie stars, too much emphasis is put these days on maintaining prospects "0" , whilst its good for marketing it means Jack**** if the only guys you have beaten are refugees who are only fighting to feed there families. These are the type of matches boxing needs firstly to advance the fighters skills and ready them for when there shot does come and secondly to attract crowds who would find watching 2 evenly matched boys having a crack way more entertaining then watching some hyped kid knock a poor thai cab driver senseless, IMO
