    Box like that against Hopkins you are smoking crack. Benard makes people look silly in the ring and if you think Joe can come in throw sloppy combos than you are insane. Kessler is a good fighter but he is not Bernard Hopkins. I do not even think BHOP has been hit really flush from a punch in a long time. He is a master boxer and would make Joe look silly. But other than that n that Joe looked pretty good tonight I give him credit. But he is not top three p4p in my list cause he has not beaten anyone that is top ten. In my books you have to beat a top ten guy to make the top ten.And if any of you are in doubt about bhop and Joe just watch the trinindad fight cause I said the same thing then and people were saying Felix would kill him with power and skill.I laughed.

    I do think he can outbox Hopkins. Hopkins is old....Calzaghe still has great hand speed, can take a punch...and can throw 1,000 punches in a fight. See how Hopkins struggled against Taylor, Calzaghe is more skilled then JT. I don't think this would be as close as the Kessler fight was.

    bhop looked old against winky, but then again calzaghe was getting hit by kessler all night so yeah bhop by UD if in the states. if the fight takes place in wales calzaghe by UD based on running and slapping.

    Prepare to get lambasted....flamed...insulted...ignored...aggrivated...etc.

    I also think Hop wins. But I will wait for the fervor of the post fight insanity to slow down before posting why.

    I think you are selling Calzaghe WAY short tho. He is a true great and has proven so.

    Joe is just as awkward and has the adaptability that has made hopkins so great. Fortunatly for Joe he has other aspects to his game other than that like his speed etc, which is why Joe would win.

    Yeah when was the last time yopu seen anyone even come close to hurting BHop or landing alot of punches?Remember WInky threw 1000 punches in his previous fights and landed alot but when he fought Hopkins he looked terrible?Explain that to me?

    Normally I hate nationalistic posts, but just because Joe is British/European it doesn´t mean that he won´t make an utter fool out of Hopkins!

    Yeah when was the last time you seen someone make a fool of hopkins?Oh wait I think the contender Bika made joe look pretty average?

    At this point Calzaghe will win almost every round. Despite the fact that Calzaghe had a stylistic advantage over Kessler, the stand up boxer stance is the hardest for him to get in on and Kessler's a young prime fighter.

    Hopkins at 42 is old, timing is not the same, even going somewhat close with Wright at LHW is a bad indicator of doing anything to JC.

    Calzaghe, even at age 35, is amazing, Wright on the other hand at age 35 and blown up to 170 is not. Calzaghe will nearly shut the current version of Bernard out, but in a peak/peak it'll be really close.

    Hopkins lost TWICE to Jermain Taylor, who even B+ fighter Pavlik knocked out.

    And just because Hopkins is American doesnt mean he cant win as well...keep that in mind. Its not about nationality here, I agree with ya....but more of styles and matchups, both of which Bernard fairs well against Joe in.

    Again, I will post why I feel this way in a few days, once the insanity dies down.

    Plus, I LOVE Calzaghe and I want to wallow in the happiness that is this big win....:D
