Trinidad - Jones or Vargas - Mayorga.

Do you guys feel either is a significant fight?

Based on the action that will be involved, I think I'll go with Vargas - Mayorga.

Jones - Tito is more significant overall.

Vargas Mayorga should be an entertaining fight between two guys that like to come forward and trade. They are also evenly matched IMO

We will be able to watch both fights on free tv here in the Philippines. It must suck to pay $50.00 to watch 4-5 boxing matches, eh? You guys can watch it free on the internet, maybe.

    Vargas vs Mayorga...

I do think people are underating the significance of this fight... yes... both may be done, (well... win or lose vargas is done) but if mayorga wins hes dropping to 147 to fight one of the champions, be it cotto, cintron, ect, so its not like hes gone just yet.

i will be watching both, if i had to choose... vargas of course. i think they both have the same amount of significance.

Trinidad has no place to go just like all the other fighters mentioned. At 160 he will get beat by the champions imo, at 168 he will get completely owned... and i dont know if he has the determination to make 154. Roy is all done too imo.

At least mayorga can make some noise at 147... i would take him to beat cintron.

Vargas-Mayorga, because even though both are shot it should still be a competetive and entertaining fight

Jones-Trinidad is a joke. Tito is one of my favorites, but he's fought twice in the past 5 years, and middleweight is about as high in weight as he should go. I'm not going to pay money to see a rusty and aging Tito lose a boring UD to an aging, gunshy Roy Jones, which is probably what's going to happen
