DLH vs Chavez. You'd have 2 fights with a good back story as well as talk about how even with the wins Oscar never got the same love from mexican fans that chavez had even though this was to be a passing of the torch

DLH vs Vargas. Great fight, great back story about their time in the olypmics and the bad blood years before the fight was even thought of

MAB vs MOrales. ONe of the greatest trilogies ever great back story with press conference brawls and both fighters wanting that # 1 spot in Mexico

Leanord vs Duran. Even though only the 3rd fight was on HBO you can't talk about #3 without discussing the first 2 so you'd have a good one there.

Moorer vs Holyfield - Great fights with a great story

Chavez vs Whitikar - i can't believe this was left out of the first one. Such a big fight with such a controversial result

Griffin vs Jones-You got 2 fights, Roy's only loss during his prime with some controversy and the stunning result of the 2nd fight

Gatti vs Ward - Great fights great story and Gatti's recent death make it more itneresting.

Vargas vs Trinidad - Great fight, Mexico vs PR rivalry slight controversy

Hopkins vs Trinidad historic fight middleweight unification, at the same time as 9-11 controvery over Tito's wrapping etc

RJJ vs Ruiz- historic fight only the 2nd middleweight ever to win a heavyweight championship, dominating performanceyou can also talk about how moving down in weight afterwards hurt roy

Morales vs Pacquio - 3 fights good back storyon both guys very memorable

You can say other like DLH vs Mosley for instance but then I would remove one of the other DLH fights that I mentioned because who wants that many episodes of DLH talking about his mother's cancer, his beef with his father and his gold medal.
