Fedor would beat Tyson 8/10.
A boxer would be too limited for the real fight. He would mostly loose to a wrestler when taken down, and it is very easy to take a boxer down. A boxer would loose to a Muaythai/ Kickboxer, too, see K1, even Mike Tyson realised it and pulled out years ago when he had the chance to fight there.
