Pac agreed to the 14 day window and as soon as he did that Floyd is now saying up to the day of the fight, it just seems that the closer the fight gets to being put together Floyd tends to throw in another loop hole...
I dont think Floyd wants the fight, he is going to use this steroid arguement to avoid the fight... even if Pac agrees up to the day of testing Floyd will turn it down and say what he and his father recently said.. "a fighter can benefit from long term use even if he is clean" I am sure that will come next.
as it stands right now with those recent comments its clear Floyd doesnt want the fight.

We also have evidence of him sayying he lost fights because he was wearing the wrong socks. This is boxing, fighters will look for excuses to why they lost.

As far as im aware the amount of blood they take doesn't effect an athletes performance, i think i remember a story about Usan Bolt being tested quite a few times on the day and day before he shattered the world record. Do you really think they would be giving Athletes these tests if it effected performance. The amount of blood they take regenorates in the body inside a couple of hours.

I'm a Pac fan, not a Floyd fan, but I think Pac was almost entirely at fault for the fight not happening. It's reasonable for Floyd to suspect Pac is juicing if you look at his history, size, musculature, and results.

have you looked at Floyd's? If you think Pacquiao's gain is more significant than Floyd's then something is wrong with you.

For some reason Floyd doesn't want to fight Pacquiao.

Yes i understand that the less red blood cells you have, the longer it takes for oxygen to travel round the body, therefore effecting performance. But thats like a pint of blood, we're talking about a small ammount here.

All i'm saying is that it is human nature to question yourself after you failed to win something you think you should, with boxers being pretty confident they don't like to admit they were beat by a better man on the day. Come on man, Ricky Hatton still thinks he was beating Pac until that 'lucky' punch. Which we all know isn't the case at all.

I honestly don't have anything against Pacquaio, even when Pac knocked Hatton out cold an people were trying to discredit pac, saying Hatton was over the hill an that, i backed Pac strong then an give him full credit for that fight, and i also think Floyd is an absolute ***** at times, but i believe you can only see this situation for what it really is if you're looking in from the outside with no connection to either fighter.

I blame Floyd for bringing the **** up in the first place. Had he taken the same approach that he did for his first 40 pro fights, we would have seen this fight go down on March 13th. Instead he chose to complicate things.

"If you HAD to pick, who is more to blame: Pac or Floyd"

Manny Druguiao and his pimp Bob Arum are to blame.

    Why not just say:

Pac fans vote here for Floyd.

Floyd fans vote here for Pac.

The only thing polls like this show is who is who's favorite fighter. Very few people are actually unbiased, especially when it comes to Pacquiao. I mean really, did you need a poll? Pacquiao is more popular than Floyd, so naturally, more people will blame Floyd.

Anybody who looks at the situation objectively is highly suspicious of Pacquiao because of his own actions and comments. It has nothing to do with Mayweather or anybody else, Pacquiao created the suspicion himself by running away from PED testing and creating ever excuse possible to avoid being tested.
