If you had to put £$500 of your hard earned cash on Hatton or Pac-who do you choose?

Talking of the $500 dollar bet brings memories of Eubank-Benn II when a mate of mine had £500 on Benn to win only to see the fight end in a draw which was about 40-1, gutted was not the word especially as most had Benn winning..

 

I say Ricky Hatton, I think Hattons young enough and strong enough to get Manny out of there, which I see Hatton Mayweather 2 Happening after Ricky beats pacquiao.

 

i would put all my money on hatton. Why becuase he has the better defense, never tires, never comes in the ring out of shape, and his hugging tactics reigns supreme. Hatton for 1000 and a 7 round KO!!!

 

but really..manny is everything hatton should avoid. 9 round ko or stoppage on cuts eventually

 

i'd go for pac without thinking twice.

For me, it's hard to say still. De La Hoya gave me far too little to ultimately judge Pacquiao by at the 140 weight class(es). The few times he did hit Manny with meaningful punches they clearly had an effect. Manny is still not a defensive genius. If Hatton can consistently land to the body and head that could be big problems for the little guy.

 

I would take Hatton.
