If you had to put money on stamina who would you go with.

Considering JC's size and age I dont think he is equalled in the modern game.

 

Hatton has very good stamina also!

Paul Williams. A guy that tall that supposedly "drains" himself to fight at 147 and STILL throws over a hundred punches a round, has to take the award. Not even mentioning the fact that he get hits a lot and we know how much that can take away from ur stamina. I heard somewhere that he runs 12 miles a day in training camp.

 

Floyd is always in great shape. However, he isn't even close to being as active in the ring as those guys are. So, it would be hard to rate him as having more stamina... due to the fact that he doesn't exert as much energy in the ring.

 

Margarito

 

Margarito is unquestionable.

 

Between the 2 I'd go with pacman. For starters he punches with way more conviction than JC Just imagine his stamina if he was throwing the shots that JC throws. Secondly he gets hit way more and is still fresh at the end. It's hard to say how Joe's stamina would look if he was getting hit as much and punching with the same knockout intent that Manny does

 

Andrade
Kessler

 

Taking age into account I don't think there can be any arguments that Calzaghe's stamina is untouchable in boxing today.

PBF is worth a mention but his workrate isn't on the same scale so it's not really proven enough.

Margarito also has to be up there.
