Sugar Ray Leonard at WW, who would you pick? You can't pick SRR or Thomas Hearns. The fighter you choose would have to complete a same day weigh-in for this WW fight. Who do you pick?

Maybe a prime Shane Mosley based on his own speed, power, stamina and chin .. the pickings are very slim .. Ray was the best right after Robinson ... maybe Charley Burley who fought Izzard Charles at 150 .. maybe if he makes 147 ..

A welter who has become terribly under rated is Tito Trinidad who never lost a fight at 147.

I think the same-day weigh-in would do him in.

Wouldn't bet my life, or life savings, on it but I'd take a flyer on Gavilan having a chance of pulling it off.

You'd be silly to back your house on anyone excepting SRR or Hearns.

We would obviously be talking post Hearns SRL i reckon, and this version would be PEAK.

A good gamble would be Montreal Duran but imo Leonard had learnt enough and progressed to the point of beating him. I could be wrong tho.

I think he'd stop Napoles on cuts. He'd beat Curry for mine. I think he'd decision Gavilan and he's naturally too big for Armstrong imo.

Out of left field someone like Luis Rodriguez with his excellent jab and hand speed could provide problems.
