I don't think that rule exists anymore, not with any of the main orgs anyway.

I also really like him as a person. He wasn't running around looking for trouble as a kid, instead he trained boxing and worked as a bricklayer for his father. In documentaries, his friends and family had only good things to say about him.

Finally, here is an exhibition fight (1:33) with Muhammad Ali, I wish Ali and him had squared of in the ring, Ingemar would certainly have gotten his ass kicked, but it would have been fun.
