...you might like this site I've been working on, Eye On The Ring. You can enter your cards and see other fan cards for current and old fights. We don't have an exhaustive database, but we're adding fights all the time.

It's not interesting to everyone, but it's good for guys who keep a notebook (a certain type of fan). Anyway, I like it, especially for controversial decisions.

You may have started a small movement. Love judging fights when I can and will be posting on it soon. Either my username here or a variation of it.

    Thanks!

We're also interested in classic fights that we should have but have so far missed... if you comment anywhere on the site about a missing fight, we'll add it, so let us know.

Fantastic sight. Didn't you get a mention nationally recently? I forget.

Not that I know of. That would be fantastic though, we just started up recently, it's just me and some pals doing the work, not too many people know about it or have signed up.

Thanks, we are enjoying it. :happy It's a shame, IMO, that most of the internet has become one large advertisement... one underutilized power of the thing is it's ability to give many people who are all far apart, and will never be able to physically stand together, a collective voice.

Bumping this old thread as we've added a ton of older fights on EyeOnTheRing that may be of interested to classic posters. Not all of them are controversial, but some ppl like to use our site to replace (or backup) their notebooks, so we add all kinds of fights. Some of the newly added older fights:

The Rumble In The Jungle: George Foreman vs. Muhammad Ali

Genaro Hernandez vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr.

The Sunshine Showdown: Joe Frazier vs. George Foreman I

Uno Mas: Ray Leonard vs. Roberto Duran III

The Final Chapter: Evander Holyfield vs. Riddick Bowe III

    Ray Leonard vs. Dave Green

The Devil and Mr. Jones: Roy Jones Jr. vs. Vinny Pazienza

Bumping this old thread as it's the end of one year start of a new. Time to review fights, everyone's talking about FOTY, etc.

Eye On The Ring is growing, but would be better if we had more fans sharing scores for some of the bigger fights. (Oh, and we added this feature where you can see the cards of everyone logged in on the bottom of the fight page getting filled in live during the fight if you refresh the page - cool, but better if there were a few more people scoring live. Also we added almost 200 fights to the historical section this year!)

I thought the classic posters would be more interested in Eye On The Ring because the vast majority of the fights are in the historic section. I'll try British, that is a good idea. I haven't ventured into the general in a few years, I'll have to take a cautious peek. :think
