If you score a fight differently for the 2nd time, it only shows your lack of ability

I usually have to rewatch and rescore bouts, mainly because I am very drunk by the time the 'big' bouts in America come on. A 4am bout, I consume an insane amount of alcohol leading up to it.

I'm afraid by being outnumbered the environment would change me not the other way around. Good to know there's a man who trusts judges 100% behind your sarcasm.
Why I said if you SCORE the fight for the 2nd time. By scoring I mean scoring the fight with proper attention. *******s say they scored it properly for the 1st time, then for the 2nd time, and they had it differently (even wider for Pac). How's that possible? Hard to trust someone who argues with proper judgement twice - with different scores! How do you know - or how do THEY know - they won't have Marquez or Jim Lampley ahead for the 3rd?

I do agree to an extent. I have rescored bouts in the past after watching them multiple times sober, and my score has changed by 1 point at most. But this is mainly due to very, very close rounds that could even be classed as 10-10 rounds. I have seen on here over the past couple days, people changing their score cards by 3-4 or even more rounds...I've never done that, and I hopefully never will do.

I'm hoping for roughly another 60 years before my eyes deteriorate to that extent.

So if judges state they had JMM ahead for the 2nd time, the Nevada State Athletic Commission should change it to JMM by UD? :happy

I didn't scored it the 1st time I watch it. I just watch it but the 2nd time I scored it. People here try to watch or score it 2 or more times because they're trying to see what the official judges saw to scored it that way... It was close it can go either way not a robbery as some people are claiming.

Certain people aren't paid for hindsight. Theyre paid for seeing what they see at the given moment. Therefore, theyre usually given the best view, from different angles, and are chosen among a group of similar people whose profession revolves being objective. You know who those people are?

...heres another expression.."... apples and oranges."

Yes, because you are infallible and so is everyone else. What a ****ing '****. You don't understand boxing if you think the sport is so simplistic and one-dimensional that it can easily be scored and judged on one viewing, and that no alternative interpretation can ever be arrived at. You should take up tennis, that'd suit you better.

If they are merely fans, their verdict do not count and may continue to analyze the game based on her/his opinion long after the verdict that truly count had been announced.

Watched it a second time and still gave it 7-5 for JMM.

It's weird, usually for live events I find myself scoring very similarly to Lederman. Not this time :huh
