If it took Lazcano eight rounds to force Ricky's team to call a shoelace time out to save him....how long will it take Pacquiao? What happens to Ricky when he realizes Vegas does'nt do shoelace time outs like Manchester does?

You can say that Pac beat an old DLH, but would Hatton have? Hatton would have been taking a ton of shots from the "old" man. Maybe it was Pac's style that had something to do with making DLH look old. No he didn't stop DLH with one punch, but he took away his will to fight - which is more impressive?

A few years ago I would have never thought Pac had a chance IN HELL vs Hatton. The Diaz and DLH fights AND the Lazcano fight, changed my mind.

What changed it the most though, was the DLH fight. I know DLH was older, but I am of the "theory" that Pac had a lot to do with that win and I am looking for him to stop Hatton quicker than Mayweather.

It is a great fight to make, because I can see the other side of the coin.

But I think its funny as hell that Hatton fan's cannot acknowledge that their man was arguably saved by a BS time out vs Juan Lazcano, in the fight before last.

90% of boxing writers had Pacquiao losing to DLH. I did too.

Pac has never faced a body puncher like Hatton, ok, Hatton has never faced speed like on the level of Pac....oh wait......yeah he did, and he was knocked out. And Mayweather is arguably slower than Pacquaio.

Manny thought that DLH was an old, washed up fighter. Only few credited Pac's win on him. The truth of the matter was that, hes no match to Pac's hand speed and attack and bouncing movement.

The first 3 round should have shown the real DLH even thouugh he has worn out of age but Pac never gave him a chance. The speeding Pac is too hard for him to handle.

pac hasnt been hit by anyone over 130pounds sure he fought diaz at 135 and de la hoya at 147 but diaz hit him with one good shot and oscar hit him with two good shots these fights were to easy for him and hes gonna feel hattons pressure not even saying hatton will win i think its 50/50 but easy for pac I dont think so

Hatton will be too strong inside for Manny. I think Ricky is going to take away Pac's will with hard body shots. I look for Ricky to win via late TKO.

Na, the fish nets quit because he could barely move. At one point he just decided to stay there and take everything pac had. It would take pac 20 rounds to KO hoya but Hoya figured why continue when his arms didn't work.:deal

Fishnets decided to quit when none of their gameplan worked. THey wanted Pac to get confident and engage, only then will they be able to trap him and do what they were training for. Unfortunately, Pac proved better than expected. Fishnets looked a lot more shot than what he really is because of that fight.

You discredit Pacquiao's beatdown on dela Hoya because Oscar is way past his prime. But you forgot to mention that the Tzsyu Hatton faced was even more shot than the dela Hoya Pacquiao faced, and that shot Tzsyu gave Hatton all he can handle, while dela Hoya didn't even manage to tickle Pacquiao.

Pacquiao was also coming-up from superfeather/lightweight to face a fighter who's supposed to be used to receiving shots from middleweights. Hatton on the otherhand went up against an old fighter in his own weight, A shot fighter who had nagging injury problems, had surgery on his shoulder and is coming from a long lay-off. Injury, old-age, inactivity, ring rust, you name it Tszyu had those to contend with in the Hatton fight, ask yourself if Tszyu even hinted on having another fight after Hatton. No, he's retired, he just fought Hatton to collect his retirement paycheck.

Come to think of it, Hatton has faced more past-their-prime fighters than Pacquiao's dela Hoya! Maussa was already badly beaten by Cotto 2 years before Hatton faced him. Maussa in fact was sooo shot that he didn't win his next two fights against so-so fighters, even getting KOed in the first round in his last fight. Castillo was another has-been that Hatton faced, and Castillo wasn't just ancient and shot, he was also jumping to Jr. Welter from lightweight for a Hatton money-fight.

Hatton's speed, power and chin is overrated. He had trouble with a C-fighter like Lazcano, and he didn't prove anything fighting snail-slow Urango and powder-puff punching Malignaggi, heck anybody who isn't Brit knows he lost the Collazo fight! These fighters aren't even in ANYBODY's top 200 P4P and people think Hatton would do to Pacquiao what he did with these bums? Bear in mind that Hatton is going up against the P4P number 1 fighter in the planet, a fighter who practically made EVERYONE he faced (including four hall-of-fame sho-ins) kiss the canvas. Yeah Hatton faced an arguably better fighter in Mayweather, so what? Judah and dela Hoya performed better against Mayweather than Hatton did.

Pacquiao's going to land punches on Hatton GUARANTEED, if you think Hatton would walk through those punches the way he walked though Malignaggi's YOU'RE DELUSIONAL. :yep

**** poor post optvpixelpusher ^^^^^^^^^^ You are confusing "past prime" with "severely weight drained to the extent that he could hardly move."

Everyones view of Hattons boxing ability seems to be clouded by the tactics he used in his win over Tszyu, and his subsequent performances. Check out Hattons fights pre Tszyu and you will see someone with very decent boxing ability.
