Yes. I think Froch wanted it when it was mandated. Had Ward agreed to fight in Nottingham where the fight does most tickets, Froch would not have retired and the fight would be signed now.

Ward saying he will only fight in the UK if it is at Wembley was hs way of pricing himself out as Ward knows he's not big enough for Wembley. I also believe the true reason Ward doesn't want to leave Cali is because of the commissions weak policies on drug testing.

 

Many fighters have had problems with promoters for many years. Froch and GGG to name but two, but they carried on fighting.

And Froch and GGG had a reason to be upset with their promoter. Ward should've been grateful.
