    I have a question: Which Trainer is the best at working with pads?

    I understand that the oldschool trainer have great boxing minds and can teach you a whole lot, but can an old Steward still be as fast as a young trainer in puncto pad working?

    I often wonder about that, because it must be quiet exhausting, if you have a very fast fighter รก la Pacquiao or Mayweather.
