Joe Louis. Read his book, and I agree with, and completely follow his philosophy on punching and boxing. His style is also accessible. You can attain it by focus, everything any human being is capable of. Unlike Ali where you have to be born very special.
Robert Guerrero is a guy I've tried to copy. He's a southpaw like me. And back when I was going through a period of being frustrated I wanted to destroy my opponent. And take it right to them and pressure them. But I just couldn't generate enough power and getting hit is a deterrent.
