:lol:I thought that the stew was getting a little bland...it needed the addition of a little punch and cuteness to spice it up a bit.

My jabs and straight rights have snap but are not particularly powerful. However, I can throw hooks very heavily. Though I wouldn't want to fight like Joe Frazier, I'd probably have to.

Dempsey and a young foreman. That is my style.i got natural heavy hands . but based on the sound of the impact my blows look weaker.however my partners and trainers told me that i am a natural puncher.i cant even put my bodyweight in my blows and still the impact is heavy like hell

A southpaw version of Dempsey perhaps. I was fast and explosive and loved a good brawl, I used to fight very aggressive and pressure my opponent. Skilled counterpunchers troubled me but I loved to face big and slow fighters. I wasn't very defensively adept though, more like the Dempsey that just waded in and got clocked against Firpo than the fighter that slipped the jabs of Tunney. And, although it hardly has to be stated, I was a good regional lever amateur in Sweden, not anything near a world class fighter. When it comes to talent there simply is no way I could compare myself to anyone of the greats. One can dream though!

I might be in the same boat. I'm not tall enough to fight like Mike McCallum or Joe Louis, so I'd probably have to be a slugger. Trouble is, I like my face too much(somebody has to!).

I've seen some pretty decent "regional level amateurs" over the years. Nothing to be ashamed of, Louis!

I'd definitely try to emulate the guys I have listed for a defensive, safety first style....and damn the crowd that didn't like it....a certain amount of decent power would be a good idea just to keep the opponent respectful, but defense would be my game.

Btw my best weight is around 202-206 pounds being Athletic in perfect shape.(if i dont have to box i look pretty good at 218-220,simply i have big muscles at that weight and i lose stamina to box)
    I am 1.86 m. ( a little taller than 6'1.)
What is your perfect height and weight in shape?

If we're talking right now, probably a smaller version of Tony Galento.

Was Dempsey's style like a young Foreman's then? Or were you the perfect blend of Dempsey's swift bobbing and weaving and the similar but totally different stand up slugger that Foreman was? Given that you're an athletic 6'1" and ber-yoo-tiful 208lbs, I'm guessing you're probably more a blend of Foreman and our very own Joe Erskine. What could one call such a Superman? One word is coming to mind.

I have a few favorites, but I always favour the Boxer over the Fighter... and the epitome of Stylist, Slick Boxer and even fighter was Lloyd Marshal

    RJJ long before Roy.

Also maybe something more experimental like Moon Sung Kil, with a bit of Gene Fullmer and some Firpo.

Hard to pick just one. I always picked certain things about a fighter I liked.

Heart- Rocky Marciano. Later on it was Evander Holyfield and Mickey Ward.

The Basic Philosophy- George Foreman. He once said-

Never just stand there, no matter how tired you are. If you need to rest, rest with your jab.

If something is working, keep doing it. If you have a good tool, use it until someone takes it away from you.

I always liked a good jab- Holmes, Hearns, and Foreman.

If I had to pick one guy I'd go with Sugar Ray Leonard. A grew up watching him and he was the man, I also liked that he was from Maryland like me.
