6'4'' 250lbs was a heavy at 225ish but im into weights now still run and hit the bag but have no intrest in fighting at the weight with this much muscle.., DAN LAW
I'm 6'1/2" 157 lbs I weighed my self yesterday. If I boxed I'd be a middleweight. I might be able to get down to Jr middleweight.
Right now my weight is 152 or so...I go to the gym reguarly not that long ago I got down to 146, but I could probably make 140 with proper diet....i am about 5'9.
HW 103.5 kg 1.93 cm. When i was young i was fightíng as a middilweight as amateur (almost 30 years ago)
When I quit the amateurs at age 24 I was LMW. At 5'11" with a toothpick frame I'd have moved up to MW if I'd kept at it. I'm 49 now and fluctuate between 175-180. I like my pizza and beer. Doing better than seven years ago when I weighed 205. That was a shock. Right now my 15 y/o 90 lb. niece can kick my ass. But she's a toughie. I'd like to get her into boxing. She'd be a flyweight world champ by age 25 if she wanted it. I'm serious - she's quick and hits like a mule. I let her him my left shoulder hard as she can and she nearly dislocated it!
Right now I would fight middleweight, I'm 5f9 and 161 pounds, when I'm in shape I either fight at 154 or 147, 3 years ago I could make 140, now I've gained too much muscle to cut it that much without affecting my performances
IM probably at about Light Middle right now, Id fight pro at Light Welter though. I really doubt I could get any lower than that though, the last time I weighed 10 stone I looked like the guy out of the machinist in my face.
i've been training for 3 weeks for my 7th pro fight, and i'm at 164 right now...i'm only 4 lbs over weight with 10 days until fight-time...i'm 4-2, 4KOs and i'm fighting a guy 5-0, 3KOs...i'm gonna starch that ass!
Heavyweight, but if I took a big **** I'd be a cruiser. If I got serious about training, I could probably fight at SMW.
