at the moment i am 228......but I can get down to 200 within 6 weeks easily...so cruiserweight for me.......
I box at middleweight in the amateurs; 165. But I only weigh 160 some right now; so I'm gaining weight to get to about 168 or so so I can drop to 165 and not be outsized; and to add that extra muscle mass so I'll be a bit quicker and stronger.
