Based on his revelations regarding his psychiatric disorder, is it a risky proposition for him?

He doesn't seem to have all of his faculties. I'm thinking long term here.

He gets hit in the head for a living.

It’s not a field stable people go into, or come out of.

If I was his doctor I'd buy my drugs off him...probably cheaper than we I could get them.

    yes definitely.
he makes an enormous amount of money doing that, and with his fragile mental state it would probably be much more disasterous for him to end up broke then suffer some additional trauma.

Fury seems to being suffering what happens to many fighters when they retire and just stop the training and disciplined life that being a top fighter requires. Seems obvious to me the best thing for him is to at least getting back to training because it would seem he has done little to know training since retiring and is just partying, eating and no doubt churning thru that money.

If I was a doctor I wouldn't recommend ANY of my patients take up professional boxing, what with the severe health risks and the extremely high chance of CTE where the damage will likely take hold after you retire, ruining your quality of life, leading to dementia and an early death.

But that said, I would really like to see Tyson Fury v Anthony Joshua, so there is that...

I don't want to see him end up a stuttering 400 pound 40yr old.
