I like the idea of Khan fighting in LA.
Maybe give Khan another local fighter like Josesito Lopez next.
(Win/Win for Golden Boy, JL wins & nothing really is lost)

Josesito (Los Angeles), PEDerson rematch (Las Vegas), Garcia rematch (MSG), Malignaggi rematch (147, Barclays), Bradley (if his contract is up by then, Las Vegas.)

Khan needs some time to make changes so I would match him up with local legends such as John Murray or Kevin Mitchell.
Also have them fights take place in England.

Agreed. I have no idea why Khan's handlers have hinted at this fight.... my only explanation is that Hunter sees some glaring flaws in Ortiz that Khan can exploit or something :think

I would cash out and have Khan face Matthyse in the UK. Kill two birds with one stone. Matthyse will become a big deal after knocking Khan the **** out in front of thousands of people in the UK. And Khan can retire knowing he tried.

Agreed. Between Ortiz's size, power, athleticism and pressure coupled with Khan's chin and leaky defense, quickly matching him with Ortiz would be definitely inadvisable right now.

Of course, if the new Floyd Sr.-trained Ortiz suddenly becomes a jabbing, shoulder-rolling monstrosity that never goes on the offensive under any circumstances, then it might become a favorable matchup for Khan

I wouldn't mind seeing Ortiz trying to shoulder roll Khan, that **** sound hilarious
