    Surely you would have thought about refusing.

    I am sure Lennox must have but even if you are a millionaire it is apparently difficult to say no to more money.

    I did. Just thinking about it after I watched SNV in a youtube video. Went to watch Lewis to compare the two and this popped up in my mind.
