    It is shocking that a professional athlete can come in like that, and he's not alone these days the majority of HW's are the same.

    He just looks nothing like a fighter. It's probably doing him a huge disservice as well. Can you imagine standing across from him in the ring (if you were a boxer) he's not exactly going to intimadate you is he? Any advantage, no matter how small, is worth gaining.

    John - if you are reading this, we'll get behind you if you get in shape.

    To a lessor extent do you think Tony Oakey would be better conditioned at 168, and Ian Napa more effective at fly

    Funnily enough McD would be a much better athlete if he lost that weight. A fighter shouldn't start training camp like that, let alone risk his life.
