I think you are way off, Floyd is rightly known as a great fighter , there will be no excution or humiliation both fighters are past their primes and would be in for hard fights.

LMFAO..Based on what I have seen with

    Clottey
    Margarito
    Mosley
    Marquez 3
    Bradley

it would not be a hard fight for Floyd. It's a lot easier..let's not forget that Manny has lost 1 of his last 2 fights to opponents who are not as skilled, talented, nor as athletic as Mayweather...not to mention they don't have the arm length or the footwork of Floyd.

Manny is easier for Floyd than Cotto...don't have the size to rough him up like Cotto. We have seen Manny look "just ok" for 5 fights now.

It is irrelevant wether I or you or the average joe thinks...even if they think he gets burtally outclassed and stopped this is not even relevant at the negotiation tables.

What is relevant are there past ppv #'s, revenue, and past purses with upside.

I don't see it that way. Floyd's hard fights have been against bigger guys who could use their size advantage to try swarming him

Floyd beating emmanuel like he did Mosley, Judah, Ortiz, etc would be pretty embarrassing for manny given the proportions they've built him up to these last few years

He looked 'just ok' against Margarito and Mosely? :patsch Give credit where credit is due, he pretty much destroyed Mosely Margarito and Clotty, those fights wern't the least bit competitive, they were just out to survive.

Gents neither fighter is in their prime , Floyd isnt getting any younger and he didnt look great against Cotto either.

If anything I thought age caught up with Floyd and his reflexes looked slower.

I have Floyd ahead but to say it will be easy or embarrassing is being ignorant of a very good fighter in Manny.

lol...Margarito, he looked good against..but look at what Margarito was doing and look at how slow Tony is..Tony was damaged goods after Mosley..maybe fake damaged good cuz the handwrap but damaged goods none the less..the guy was not proven and was not even a top 10 ranked fighter in any weight class, nor pound for pound.

LOL..Manny admitted he had technical problems with Shane....He said his legs were cramping up so yes, he did have technical problems with Shane, and he blamed those technical problems on his legs..he did not look spectactular in that win by any means.

Clottey was able to hit Manny at will when he would throw his hands...Manny was lucky he hand cuffed him but Manny's bruised up face at the end of the fight, told me if Clottey had more speed and movement ,he would be able to move and not just cover up, thus he could let his hands go more.

    So again...The Pacquiao from

    Clottey
    Margarito
    Mosley
    Marquez 3 (especially)
    Bradley (especially)

gets brutally beat up by Floyd...but that is irrelevant as to the thread topic so I could care less..I was just responding to what someone said within the thread topic...that debate is entirely different.

As for the money, the numbers support Manny getting something around $40 million. The fight only has both fighters splitting $105 million approx and that would leave both fighters making around 15 20 millon more than they ever made for a single fight.

Floyd still wins rounds, Manny loses them.

Floyd has lost 3 rounds since coming out of retirement.

1 to Shane and 2 to Cotto.

Manny lost 6-9 against Marquez alone.
    1 to Margarito.
and at least 3 with Bradley.

    Floyd went 4-0 with Ortiz
    11-1 with Mosley

12-0 with Marquez plus the KD

    10-2 with Cotto.

I don't see manny as that guy to make it a life or death battle before Floyd gets his victory.

manny style requires plenty of space, so he prefers the center of the ring. This means he'll get into a boxing contest with Floyd. He doesn't have a jab, ranginess, and the level of 2-handedness to fall back on like Sergio.

Who are these people who think the fighters will split $150 million? LMFAO..The fight only ends up doing $180-$200 million in revenue..give or take $15 million either way...At the very most, they'd split $110 million.
