if you were to grade Deontay Wilder...

Went with B, only really because he has a belt. He only has 1 real solid performance and thats Stiverne who I dont really rate that highly but he did dominate him with little to no difficulty and with an injured hand

Since then he hasnt had a real tough defense opponent to help us gauge him further but he has knocked everyone out, had struggles with Szpilka and started bad vs Washington but blew those guys out. Really wanted the Fury fight after their in the ring face to face and I give him a realistic shot vs Joshua though I dont favor him

Dont see why he couldnt beat Povetkin or Parker or Ortiz. Just kind of hard to gauge him. Lots of names in the division but we still have to see them mix it up. klitschko vs joshua and wilder looking like hes facing ortiz is a start

 

He got B+ for power and size.
Will it average out with his other D- qualities?

Joshua is the only fighter that I think is a clear favorite vs him. Ortiz would have been but he hasnt looked great lately. The height advantage and his power can lead to him succeeding despite holes in his game with a lack of really good challengers.

 

I like at the whole fighter inside and outside the ring. He's a ****ing fraud in both areas.

F+ Would Not Recommend! Don't watch his fights unless he's in there with a boxer that you don't have to google.

I know its popular to hate the guy and any praise is sacrelige, I wouldnt say I;m a Wilder fan boy but he isnt the bum hes made out to be.

But there is no way to grade him against top 5 guys, he hasn't faced any yet.

I mean Conor Mcdugger has beat more top 5 guys than Wilder for crying out loud!

 

He looks like dogsh!t, but as long as everyone he touches continues to fall as dead as a stone, I have to give him an A.
